UK Delivery Options
• Standard Delivery (3-5 working days) – Free on orders over £25 | £2.95 under £25
• Express Delivery (1-2 working days) – £4.95 (order by 2pm for next day dispatch)
• Saturday Delivery – £7.95 (must order by Friday 2pm)

International Delivery
• European Union – £9.95 (5-7 working days)
• Rest of World – £14.95 (7-14 working days)
• Customs charges may apply for orders outside the UK

Order Processing
• Dispatched within 1 working day (orders placed before 2pm)
• Weekend orders processed Monday
• Delays may occur during sale periods

Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive:
• Order confirmation email
• Dispatch notification with tracking
• Delivery update from our courier

Important Information
• Someone must be available to sign for delivery
• We cannot deliver to PO Box addresses
• Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees

Missing Parcels
If your order hasn’t arrived:
• Check your tracking information first
• Allow 2 extra working days for delivery
• Contact the courier directly with your tracking number

• You’ll receive collection instructions via email
